International chef Sarah Todd has risen to the top of the culinary world since her first appearance as a MasterChef Australia contestant in Season 6 in 2014. Sarah has become one of the most renowned names in the global Indian food scene after a life-changing decision saw her open her first restaurant in India, Antares Restaurant & Beach Club in Goa. The restaurant quickly became one of the most popular food destinations in India. This venture's success saw Sarah return to Australian TV screens in a six-part series in 2016 called, My Restaurant in India, which has now aired in 156 countries giving her global recognition.
Sarah's classical skills honed from Le Cordon Bleu, combined with her extensive travels across India, have influenced her unique cooking style. In 2020, Sarah was the official chef for the Australian Open in an all-female AO Chef Series. Throughout the tournament, Sarah hosted a fine dining restaurant captured in a 5-part TV series called Perfect Serve, which aired on Channel 9 in Australia and globally. In early 2021 she joined Australian Women's Health Magazine as their monthly food & fitness columnist. Sarah has a substantial digital influence across her social platforms, with a following of over one million and a monthly reach of 32 million, which saw the birth of her digital series Sunday Travels with Sarah. In the debut Australian season, Sarah invited a guest from the top of their field to discuss their love of travel and food as they worked together to recreate a beautiful dish for their travels. A prestigious guest list including international DJ Carl Cox, celebrity trainer Michelle Bridges, interior designer Neale Whitaker, model and fitness guru Rachael Finch, loved TV host and designer Shaynna Blaze and Miss Universe Australia Maria Thatill. The show reached a mind-blowing audience of over four million. Season two is already in pre-production.
